I collect lots of books and own lots of cookbooks. I read them, dabble with a recipe or two, then they sit on my shelf collecting dust until I have company and then they see sunlight again.

This is going to change. I am dusting off my culinary literature and will start to cook from the recipes within. No recipe will be lonely.
